10:00 AM: You'll be greeted with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a day of self-discovery and renewal. Connect with fellow participants as you prepare to embark on a remarkable experience.

10:30 AM: We begin with an opening circle, fostering a sense of community and support. We share in self-reflection to gain insight into areas of your life that may benefit from renewed focus and attention.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Empowering Yoga Class designed to reconnect you with your body and breath. Release tension, build strength, and foster a deeper connection to your yoga practice.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Savor a delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch, thoughtfully prepared to complement your wellness journey. Embrace mindful eating practices, appreciating the flavors and textures of each bite.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you traverse scenic trails and engage in moments of profound stillness. This guided hiking meditation is designed to deepen your connection with the present moment, allowing you to experience tranquility and mindfulness.

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Light Snack and Journaling Session. Designed to unlock the depths of your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. This session provides a sacred space for reflection and creative expression. Guided by prompts and gentle encouragement, you'll explore the pages of your journal, fostering clarity, insight, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.

2:30 - 3:30 PM: Group Soul Discussion. This intimate gathering creates a safe space for open dialogue and exploration of deeper aspects of the human experience. Together we are encouraged to express our thoughts, feelings, and perspectives, fostering a sense of community and understanding.

3:30 - 4:30 PM: Wind down with a gentle yoga session and a guided meditation, promoting relaxation and inner calm. Allow yourself to fully absorb the benefits of the day's experiences.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Come together for a closing ceremony, sharing insights and reflections from the day. Leave with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and a commitment to ongoing self-care.
